Delivery times depend on your location: standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily monitor your shipment's progress until it arrives at your doorstep. Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is as follows: You may return unused or damaged products within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Products must be in original packaging and unused. Contact us at NowickisInquiries@outlook.com to start a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees apply unless due to a defect or error. Slight cracking of the wax melt does not constitute grounds for a return. Discoloration and or variance in strength of smell are expected and do not constitute grounds for a return, as is the nature of handmaking wax melts. Thank You!
