2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times may vary.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or holidays.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of wax melts (hygiene and safety), we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund as appropriate.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and scent strength may occur, adding to the unique charm of each item.
